There are many ways to seek advice from a healthcare professional, Please select the most appropriate option:
Requesting Appointments
To request a routine appointment in the next 2-3 weeks :
- Use our “submit an online request“, Monday to Friday 8 am. to 6 p.m.
- If you are unable to submit an online request our care navigators can enquire about your condition and complete an eConsult lite request on your behalf
- For screening test or vaccinations, log in to your NHS account on the NHS website or NHS App
We will ask about your needs. We will connect you with the suitable doctor, nurse or health professional.
Your appointments
However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:
- By phone
- Face to face at the surgery
- By text or email
Phone, text, or email appointments are often more flexible. They can mean you get help sooner.
Cancelling or Changing an appointments
To cancel your appointment:
- Use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- Phone us on 01912831610 , Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6 pm.
- Reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message.
If you need help when we are closed
- If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
- 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
- Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
If you need help with your appointment
Let us know if:
- You prefer a specific doctor or nurse.
- You have a preferred way to consult: phone, in-person, , text, or email.
- You need an interpreter.
- You have any other communication or access needs.
Home visits
Home visits are for patients too ill or frail to come to the Surgery. They’re not for those lacking transport. Please call for a home visit before 10.00 a.m.
For major injuries or critical conditions, go to the local Hospital’s Accident & Emergency Department. If you need an ambulance, call 999.
